Can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can change or cancel your reservation at any time before the transfer. However, cancellation fees apply as of 24 hours before service starts. Please read our terms and conditions for cancellation.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to your transfer,are free of charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours before your transfer, have a 50% cancellation charge.
- No refund will be issued on no show for arrivals or departures.
*Luxtransfers group can not be held responsible for various unexpected events that might take place before or during your transfer (such as accidents, events of political nature, roads blocked due to extreme natural phenomena or other phenomena of a higher power, extreme adverse driving conditions, unexpected mechanical problems and failures of our vehicles) which will prevent us from providing you our services as have been agreed. We also can not be held responsible for any damage caused to you due to a delayed arrival at your destination.
Why do I have to confirm my departure 24 hours before the transfer?
It is necessary to confirm your departure with us 24 hours
before the transfer so that we can be sure that all the information is correct, however it is not obligatory, since once you arrive in Rhodes you will receive from our airport staff a confirmation of your return with your date and time of transportation
from your hotel. In case you do not communicate with us, we will not make any changes and will keep the data of your original reservation.
About the Transfer Service
Do you offer private transfers?
Yes. We offer private transfers, the vans have a compartment in the back for luggage.
Do the vehicles have air conditioning? How many seats?
All our vehicles have air conditioning. Our vehicles can accommodate up to 8 passengers .
Do you provide car seats for children under the age of three?
Yes, we have, all our transportation vehicles have child safety seats whenever requested at the time of making their reservation.
Should I tip the driver? How much should I give?
It is the decision of each client. If you are satisfied with the driver’s service feel free to tip!
Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?
No, We strictly operate a NO SMOKING policy within our transportation vehicles
Can you take us to a supermarket before going to our hotel?
We are here to assist you! Simply send us an email requesting the kind of service you would like. We will take you to the store that is on the way to your hotel.
